How to plan and run better meetings
The course covers:
- Why do we have meetings?
- The cost of meetings
- Chairing meetings
- Preparing for meetings
- Participating in meetings
When a meeting goes badly, it’s never our fault. There’s usually at least one other person we can blame. This course is intended for those who want to improve the meetings they attend. This course will help you face up to the fact that we all have a part to play in successful meetings. Includes tuition on chairing meetings, preparing for meetings, participating in meetings and minute-taking. Each participant will be given a copy of Business Secrets: Time Management (Harper Collins, 2010), written by the course leader, Martin Manser.
By the end of the course, participants will:
- be convinced of the need to know the purpose of meetings
- be able to get more out of meetings
- take minutes or chair meetings more effectively
Seminars are held in a location in central London. We will send you details of the venue on confirmation of your booking.
Courses begin at 9.30 a.m. and finish by 5.00 p.m.
Price per delegate is £550 + VAT which covers tuition, course material, a free book by Martin H. Manser; coffee, lunch and tea.
