Change management

How to get through the other side in one piece

Course outline

What is change management?

Leading change: vision, values and strategy

Communicating more effectively

Changing the culture

Like it, or loathe it, change management is here to stay. Many organizations – from large multinationals down to small companies and not-for-profit groups – are undergoing deep changes in their structure, system and processes. How do you lead an organisation through change? How do you cope with various expectations and fears? How do you change a culture of ‘We’ve always done it this way’ and move an organisation on?

Each participant will be given a copy of Business Secrets: Time Management (Harper Collins, 2010), or Business Secrets: Presentations written by the course leader, Martin Manser.

For:

  • those thinking about change management
  • staff going through the process of change in an organization

By the end of the course, participants will be better equipped to:

  • plan an effective change management strategy
  • deal with expectations and fears
  • communicate more effectively
